Our Damp & Timber Reports are available for Homebuyers who have been advised for further investigations to be undertaken following an RICS Homebuying Survey which may have flagged up potential Damp issues within the property and have recommended further investigation by a specialist surveyor. Our survey reports are comprehensive and include a full building survey concerning the potential damp issues and diagnosis of those issues. Our Surveys include appraisal of external factors, rooflines, rainwater goods, chimneys stacks, rising dampness, penetrating dampness, mould & condensation issues, timber inspections for signs of the presence of wood boring insects, dry & wet rot and subsequent recommendations and cost estimates.
